"Usually feel safe ordering here"
I’ve ordered from here a few times and everything has always shown up looking legit, with no issues so far. My skin also seems to handle the products really well, which is a big plus. I just hope they keep the quality and service consistent, because if that starts slipping, I’d probably look elsewhere

"My order showed up so fast??"
I ordered from elizabetharden.com and was surprised by how quickly everything arrived. My package showed up in just a few days, which I was not expecting at all?? It was packed nicely too, no issues or hassle. Happy with how easy the whole thing was.

"Quick checkout, but I felt a bit ignored"
Checkout was quick and easy, which I appreciated. There was a small hiccup along the way though, and when I tried to get some help, it kind of felt like no one was really paying attention.

"Refund was surprisingly painless"
I had to send back one cream because it just didn’t work for me, and I was expecting the return process to be annoying. But the steps were easy to follow, and the refund showed up quickly. I don’t love having to return things, but I have to give them credit, it was hassle-free

"Really happy my skin gets along with it"
Really happy with this one so far. I have sensitive, dry skin, and a lot of creams end up making me red or irritated, but the Elizabeth Arden cream didn’t do that at all. It feels nice on my skin, hasn’t caused any breakouts, and it’s just been an easy win for me.

"Honestly, the rewards are actually worth it"
I signed up for the Elizabeth Arden loyalty program kind of on a whim, and I’m glad I did. The points actually show up after my orders, and I’ve already used them to get money off without having to jump through a bunch of hoops.
The birthday perk was such a nice little surprise too. It’s easy to use, not confusing at all, and it makes me way more likely to just order straight from their site.

"Shade and scent were exactly right"
Ordered from elizabetharden.com and the shade looked just like the pictures. Smelled exactly how I remembered too, not weird or off at all. Really happy with it.

"Pretty good deals most of the time"

I ordered a face cream from Elizabeth Arden i kind of knew right away it was a good pick. It feels really nice on my skin, not greasy at all, and the scent is pleasant without being too much. The jar has also lasted longer than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I’ve tried a bunch of creams before, and this one just feels like better quality

"Honestly, it worked better than I thought it would"
I didn’t want to get my hopes up because I’ve tried enough skincare stuff that promises a lot, but I figured giving it a week wasn’t a big commitment. To my surprise, my skin actually started feeling smoother after just a few days, and by the end of the week I could definitely tell a difference. I’m glad I gave it a fair shot.

"Pretty good, but the packaging could be better"
My order from Elizabeth Arden showed up quickly, and overall the packaging was okay. The product box did have a small dent on one corner, but luckily nothing was broken or leaking, and everything inside looked fine. I’m happy with the order this time, but if the packaging keeps showing up a little banged up, I might think twice and order from somewhere else next time. Would’ve been 5 stars with a bit more padding in the outer box.

I had a question about my order and customer service got back to me quicker than I expected, which I appreciated. It wasn’t a perfect experience and there was a little back and forth, but they did end up fixing the issue. Overall, I’m satisfied enough.
